Our warranty conditions

ELECTROVIN engages that, during the period covered by the warranty, every material vice, every conception or fabrication failure of the item, will be corrected by ELECTROVIN, free and in a satisfying period.

This correction will consist in repairing the product or, if ELECTROVIN considers it is a necessity, to replace it, in accordance with this warranty disposal.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period begins with buying the product. All products inside the catalogue will be warranted during one year.

The item reselling, repairing or replacing will not give right to an extension, a renewal or any modification of the warranty period. However, repaired pieces or replaced product will be warranted for the duration of the initial warranty period.

HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE WARRANTY SERVICE?

If you want to settle a warranty requirement, please send back your item to ELECTROVIN.

When settling a warranty requirement, you must inform ELECTROVIN about pleaded failure in a reasonable time, after you noted by yourself, and in any case after the expiring date of the warranty period.

When settling a requirement, relevant to this warranty, you are invited to give back:

a)     the item

b)  the original purchase proof, clearly noticing name and address of the seller, purchasing date and place, kind of product.

UNCOVERED POINTS

This warranty is not usable for using manuals.

This warranty does not cover

a)     normal wear

b)     failures occurring with brutal handling (including because of a fall)

c)     failures and damages due to improper using, especially when opposite to ELECTROVIN instructions.

This warranty does not cover failures due to the fact the product has been used in a different way, for what it has been conceived.

This limited warranty is not usable if the product has been opened, modified or repaired by somebody who does not belong to ELECTROVIN, or if the repairing used non agreed spare pieces.

This limited warranty is not usable if the product has been exposed to humidity, to extreme thermal or atmospheric conditions, to brutal variations in these conditions, to corrosion, to oxidation, to a contact with food or a liquid or to chemical products action.

OTHER IMPORTANT REMARKS

All pieces of the product and any other device, by ELECTROVIN replaced, become ELECTROVIN property.

If it is proved that the product is not covered by the warranty, ELECTROVIN reserves the right to invoice the buyer for processing expanses.

To repair or replace the product, ELECTROVIN is allowed to use pieces or products that can be new, renewed or equivalent with new pieces or products.

ELECTROVIN WARRANTY LIMITATION

This warranty is the one and only way out against ELECTROVIN, and the one and only ELECTROVIN warranty, relevant to possible failures.

REMARK: Your product is a sophisticated electric device. ELECTROVIN heavily advises you to read with attention the using manual and instructions given with and for the product.
